Travel sketchbook flip thru and 3 paintings!
I had planned to take the month off of my 100 painting challenge due to travel plans and the juggling work and life around that! spoiler, I did make a few paintings!
But first!
I thought you might enjoy a chatty flip through of my Italy sketchbook!
We packed very light overall, so I brought a small altoid tin of watercolors and neocolor crayons as well as a few colored pencils. As I mentioned I cut the sketchbook apart to make it a little smaller too!
It took me a minute after getting home to get back to the painting, but I did keep with the value sketches and mixed media sketches in my sketchbooks
And I started 7 paintings, and finished 3… the others will wait until May for sharing
So, I was at 85, and now 87 total paintings! I expect to be wrapping the 100 up in May. Watch this space :)
